Rooms are too small to even walk. We booked two rooms, one of the rooms was too close to the reception and felt uncomfortable. No kettle, iron, mini-fridge in the family deluxe room. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. Please note, the booking is non-refundable, so book accordingly.

My experience was terrible as there was no soap or shower gel . Also reception is right outside room and u can hear fan noise and person at reception talks aloud that caused me sleeps issues . Cable by didn’t even work

Good stay... the experience was nice clean tidy rooms a bit small hut functional i would recommend this for anyone who needs to stay in budget

Stay was excellent and pleasant. Room and washroom were very much cleaned. Linen was very hygienic. Though room was small but good enough for a Short stay. Hotel reception person was very courteous and helpful. Kitchen was completely shut. Management should try to start the kitchen to provide atleast limited breakfast items.

Room though small but very clean including wash room. Bedsheets were very white and clean. Idle for short stay specially for business travellers. Reception people were quite cooperative. I noted that the kitchen was completely closed. It is advisable to supply tea / coffee and limited breakfast.

We has a great experience staying at ritz. The service they provide is exceptional with the support of the staff. Dhananjay was so cooperative with all our needs ans also guided us for every query we had. We are looking forward to visit ritz whenever we plan to visit surat.
